"Mary Ann was extremely helpful on my last visit. She saved me a substantial amount on shipping with a different package vs. how I already packed my item when I arrived."
"Great experience, went in to mail some paperwork. Postal worker was kind and friendly. She helped me pick out the right envelope for my paperwork. I cut my finger on the envelope and she quickly got me a bandaid. After I was done she asked if there was anything else she could help me with and then told me to have a good day!"
"Every since Charlotte retired, this post office has been on the rise. In the last few months one of the lovely ladies from McMurray has come to permanently be here and she is a doll. I have started using this location again since I work right down the block. I have been driving 20 minutes out of my way to drop of packages for years, not anymore! It is a one person show down there. I wish more people also understood that your mail is not being delivered out of this location too. For that you need to contact the Carrier Annex at 14 Curry Ave. Now they... if you can even get them to answer the phone. They are full of awful people."
"Every other Saturday I got my pay check in the mail from Caring Mission where I work. April 10 I should have gotten my pay check. I did not. Why? Called Caring Mission The lady said they were mailed out on Thursday the 8. I hope I get my pay check on Monday no later I have bills to pay"
"No stars is not an option, or that is what I would give. While I can't dispute the lady's poor treatment because of race, the clerk treats everyone poorly, disrespectful and as if they are a nuisance to her. If you have a complaint, you are made to feel like a fool, are belittled and rude doesn't even begin to describe her. She assures that you don't continue to complain about the poor mail service provided to this community because who wants to deal with her continually. The postal carriers for my route are either lazy or stupid. To put mail for multiple addresses in one box so that we have to deliver it for them is laziness. Not poor training, a chimp could understand. Yet, it keeps happening. Who thinks one address gets four electric bills. And the supervisors don't care, or they would stop it."
