"If I could give this company no stars I would. My grandfather, at 89, lost his wife of 63 years. After she had been buried only 6 days... this company sent him a card that expressed their condolences then said “so very sorry for your loss. When you are ready to select a monument please call me. Lowest cost and highest quality. All work done on site. Save now.” This is inappropriate and despicable. He cried for hours. We do not know these people. They have to troll obituaries and attack people that are grieving. I can’t believe anyone would ever use this company. I can’t call today but will be placing a phone call to them when they open again."
