"I was not helped at all by MTMA! My trash was not picked up on 05/01 and 05/08, Moon contracts Waste Management. I was reassured it would be picked up on 05/10 - no it was not. The woman at MTMA kept asking me if I was sure!! But, they sure would come after me if the bill wasn't paid! Will I be discounted for 2 weeks of no trash pick-up, sure won't be. No one can give me an answer of why my trash was not picked up! Thanks to Julie, at Waste Management, for getting my trash picked up on 05/13 - she took her time and wrote down directions to my home and listened to me so patient and nice!! She did some kind of code to make this a priority. I should not have been the one to make calls day after day with this issue. NO STARS! But, I had to pick one to post this!!"

"Bought a home in Moon Township, and they forced me to close my septic tank and tie into the main line. They sent a letter and cc'd their lawyer to let me know they meant business and gave me 30 days to respond with a plan. It cost me an unreal amount of money that I could not afford. The septic tank has been at this home for 50+ years and passed through multiple owners, but suddenly it's a problem and it's mine. Made me regret moving to Moon immediately."
