"The plane was packed, but we still had room for everyone's carry-on. They planes could use more leg room, but they r in the business to make money. Not having assigned seating does not bother me. If you want to pick your seat, pay more for an earlier boarding slot. South West is the most reasonable with the amount of luggage they let you bring."

"3 stars for the gate and flight staff. Lost 2 stars for the ticketing/bag check staff. Short, kind of snarky, and reckless with bags. My bag was not heavy or big, but the lady threw it onto the conveyor belt recklessly and without asking if there was anything valuable or fragile inside. If she had broken my prescription sunglasses or something else, I would make a big stink with Southwest to pay for replacements."

"I had a bad experience with SW airlines flying me to Texas when I was supposed to be in Kansas City, to my surprise. I also had difficulties with the luggage. They gave me vouchers and extended it 6 months. During this time I had to get my hip replaced, couldn’t fly, and while I was recuperating, I found out that my place of employment as closing, and I couldn’t travel because of that. Customer service said nothing they can do, so I wrote in and they also so nothing they can do. In this time of Covid and businesses closing and travel difficult I would think they would be sympathetic to these extenuating circumstances and do something. I am very disappointed and will NEVER fly Southwest again."
