Scheduling was easy, and they helped me to navigate changing facilities for procedures, giving me the information I needed for my insurance (they were also patient with me). They also caught errors in my account portal, and even gave me helpful information about another provider I was seeing. Very friendly and informative, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. Staff are friendly with each other which is nice to see, and my results came back very quickly. "Lazy unhelpful staff. The clinicians may be fine but getting an appointment is proving impossible for me. My primary care doc sent two consults to them. I called after the first one was sent and they claimed they never received it. My PCP sends a second consult and the Radiology Clinic leaves a voice mail saying we got your consult, please call us to schedule an appointment. I call and the person I spoke with says I'm not in the system and there's no consult. I reminded her that the Radiology clinic called me...because they received my consult! She didn't care and couldn't be bothered. There was no, "could be a mistake, let's try to figure it out." The message was clearly 'I don't want to talk to you any more, please hang up and go away.' So I did."
"I had a very pleasant experience for my first time at the Radiology Clinic. I have severe claustrophobia and they were very helpful to help me get through my MRI. The staff was friendly and super helpful. They provided the bigger machine and provided music to listen to which I’ve never had before. The staff understood how I was feeling and took the time to explain everything they were doing and talked me through. I would highly recommend the services at the Radiology Clinic."
