"I was acutely ill for more than a week with some sort of upper respiratory condition and my main provider in the Bethesda office had no openings. I was referred to the Rockville office for a video call. I was very happy with the way Sippora Lehrhaupt (PA) handled my situation. First, she listened carefully, and then came up with a plan. I was tested for a few things. She followed up with me each day and although I sometimes missed her calls, we kept in touch via the patient portal. It was clear that she cared how I was responding to treatment. While seeing medical professionals via zoom is not the best, I was surprised that I was able to feel that she was following the course of my illness with care and concern- through brief but consistent messaging via the portal. I am grateful."

"The PCP was able successfully diagnose the pulmonary issue and prescribe medications to treat it. The clinic staff is also v. good. The clinic's healthcare portal is useful in keeping track of the history of the illness, medications being taken, action items and future appointments and is a good way to keep in touch with physician regarding questions and concerns via email."

I recently met with Dr. Nguyen, who is fairly new to the practice but I highly recommend him. He can seem quirky, but he is very knowledgeable and exhibits great passion for patient care. My sister sees Dr. Bangalore, who I've heard is also an excellent doctor. Overall a great practice, keep up the great work!!"
