"Called for an appointment, it was about an eight week away appointment. The office was clean with a staff member that greets you with a kind,"Hello". Being a new patient some paperwork needed filled out. Didn't take long to fill out. We were called back to an examination room, asked a few more questions and told the Doctor would be in shortly. Within 5 to 10 minutes the Doctor was in the room and asking questions! The doctor listened to every word and asked more questions before the exam. When done with the exam the doctor explained exactly what the problems were and how to treat them. Very good chair side manners! I'd recommend this optometrist for you or your family."

"I took my Grandfather here for cataract surgery after a family friend referred Dr. Gallo. I can assure you the staff consisting of Cindy and Amber were wonderful. They were always extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. Dr. Gallo is an excellent Dr. with many years of experience. He put my Pap at ease, did wonderful surgery and helped my pap have a better outlook on life with his new vision. I encourage anyone who may be hesitant because of past reviews to go here. That staff is no longer there and my pap and I couldn't be any happier with our experience. I’d give them ten stars if I could!"

"I went here because my normal eye doctor’s soonest appointment was two months out and I didn’t think I could wait that long. Was given a prescription that was way too strong for progressives and was told that if my prescription was wrong, there was nothing they could do about it. Also, apparently someone was supposed to show me how to use progressive lenses. I wish I could give no stars."

"Dr Gallo is the best. Have gone to him approximately 20 years. He has the worst staff ever from the top. I needed an authorization for insurance and they didn't have time. I am in a dangerous spot. I will explain to him as soon as possible. Without good staff behind him he could loose a lot of patient . Hope that doesn't happen to him. I'm not the only one with same issues."

"My husband had cataract surgery with Dr.Gallo and was very pleased with the results and with the doctor. I can not say the same about the office staff. I had a very unpleasant conversation with one of them on the phone. In the future if I should need eye surgery I would look for another doctor."
