"I went here for a baptism! And it was out of control. They were spinning the baby in circles and dunking it in water and the priest was wearing this cape!!! I'm not sure what was going on but I've definitely been back several times and it's the best!!!! I'm waiting for another baptism... the rest of the services are rather tame in comparison; but who knows I hear this Easter thing they do can get a little wild!!! But seriously it's a Beautiful little orthodox parish. That practices the old-rite variant!!! Definitely visit ❤️ 10 for 10 get your self baptized here!"

"This is one of my absolute favorite Orthodox parishes that I’ve gotten to visit; it feels like home away from home when I am away from my own parish. Nestled in the countryside of northwestern Pennsylvania, the move from the hustle and bustle of an urban area into the quiet area of Edinboro/Crossingville is a step towards being able to focus one’s attention on God. The rector and parishioners of the church are lovely people who go out of their way to make people feel at home, even on a first visit. The iconography and architecture of the temple makes this the most beautiful church of its size in the US. One thing to say: don’t let the parish’s adherence to the Old Rite scare you from visiting. This is done not as a gimmick or to be different, sadly often reasons people are attracted to the Old Rite, but simply because it is how they pray, whether those who have come from Old Believer families or those who have adopted the Rite as their own. They are Old Ritualists with heart, holding to the customs handed to them, but not putting those over people. Attendance will show you the beauty of how these lovely people pray."

Many young children and wonderful place to establish your family in the Orthodox Faith. I would highly advise all Orthodox Christians and locals in the Edinboro area to come and see!"
