"My fiance and I were caught in like a solar storm with nasty reception website not working cell service ATM was bad but no way of reserving a unit so we decided to place our things in one that was partially open with intentions of making the arrangements as soon as mother nature allowed us. Well as our things we're nearly stored and very organized playing music disturbed someone to have called cops. They left without incident. But as to our knowledge those tyrants convinced the ONLINE ONLY BUSINESS THAT WE WERE LIVING IN IT AND WASNT TRUE. ITS A 24 HOUR 7 DAYS A WEEK. WE CAN COME AND GO AS WE PLEASE AT ANY TIME. WELL A NOTICE WAS POSTED AS TO WE ENTERED WRONGFULLY AND CHARGES WERE BEING BROUGHT. AND THAT IT APPEARED AS LIVING IN IT. NOT AT ALL WAS WHAT WAS GOING ON. WE EXPLAINED OUR UNFORTUNATE SITUATION AND DUE TO WEATHER IT DIDNT ALLOW US TO OBTAIN IT ONLINE....OUR ONLY BELONGINGS LEFT FROM OUR UNFORTUNATE MOVE ARE BEING THROWN OUT TO THE GARBAGE AND CHARGES FILED. AND WE HAD OBTAINED 2 UNITS IN THE FEW DAYS AFTER THE WEATHER INTERFERENCE WAS A PROBLEM AND FINALLY LET UP WITH ONLY 2 DAYS OF HAVING A NEW AGREEMENT. WE ARE BEING TOLD TO LEAVE. And I was very persistent on taking care of any issue it caused and now no response. This is absurd...and not how the situation should be handled. Literally all our clothes we had left and some other things....if this is how it's gonna be...we aren't happy"

"Save yourself the aggravation and rent somewhere else. We have had numerous problems here and the woman that answers the phone doesn't listen or understands you. They also keep raising your rates. I started around $50 and now paying almost $78. They try to charge you for anything the lock they issued broke and wasn't our fault. So we were going to put a lock on we had when we went back they put a padlock on it. We called and they gave us the combination to it 3 of us tried it and each time was a trip out there and didn't work. Asked them to have the maintenance guy come take it off and finally git a call back saying they gave us the wrong combination to it. Then on top of it all after 3 trips there and all the aggravation they charged us $15 for the new lock. We raised hell and only then when we argued about it and wanted a refund because of this we finally got a refund. I also gave them insurance information and somehow they "didn't get it" so got charged extra for no insurance and they refused to give us back any money for it even though had proof of rentera insurance. Then the roof was leaking on the 2 units we had. We moved out of one and they wanted pictures of the storage unit that was full where it was leaking when we told her where it was leaking. Then she wanted us to empty the storage unit so they can go in and fix it and I told her I am not emptying it to go and put it back in so she said ok I will put down you refused to empty it which we didn't say. We said not going to empty it to put the stuff back in and I said a different unit which was ignored. Then got an email saying they temporarily fixed it and they wanted us to go in and see if it was fixed. My wife told her she can't go check it until it rains again to see if it was fixed so she said she will put down refused to do it which again wasn't said. How can you see if they fixed it if it hasn't rained since they fixed it which was earlier that day. We are looking for a new storage place and moving out it is too ridiculous here so save yourself the aggravation we went through and gi elsewhere even if you have to pay a little more it would be worth it."

"The previous owners of this facility were great. Since Bolt has taken over, the price has gone up 2 times. When I went to remove my items, there was evidence of rodents. After getting my items home, they all have an odd odor- so that's just great. The outside of the facility is not well maintained. There was garbage blown up against the door of my unit. . The stack of boats is a definite eyesore, looks unsafe, and a great place for animals to nest. The next time I'm in need of storage, I'll definitely be looking for a local company that is easier to communicate with."
