"Absolutely the rudest person answers the phone AMY.. .Very short and rushes the call to end. Doesn't listen to what I am asking she thinks she is the DOCTOR. makes smart comments and says unprofessional comments such as "uh huh". I have worked in the health field for 30 + years and if any of my staff treated anyone like this they would need a new job...If she is that miserable maybe she should find a new job...good luck Amy"

"I have been looking for a new PCP for a while as my current PCP does not listen to me when it comes to side effects of medications or how I am feeling. I was hoping to have found a good PCP with Dr. Linder and Associates due to reviews that have been left with the business. However, I seem to have been mistaken, and didn’t look to see if there were any recent reviews. I had my intake appointment on 6/10/2024, the receptionist and first intake individual I saw were exceptional. They were very nice and pleasant to deal with, super friendly, and just all around a breath of fresh air. I thought I had found a PCP that would be great. Unfortunately, NP Teresa Sokolowski made sure to undo all that. She came into the room grumpy, and I thought “Okay maybe she is just having a bad day.” Well, things did not get better. I received snarky looks and comments during my whole intake. I, unfortunately, am a young person with health issues, the first words out of Teresa’s mouth upon entering the room was “You’re on a lot of medications for someone so young.” Gee thanks, didn’t realize migraines and thyroid problems discriminated based on age, let me just tell them to screw off for 20 more years until I’m at the appropriate age. She commented on my PTSD diagnosis stating “what’s this PTSD” in a rather rude tone. I was given a response of “why would you do that” when asked why I got my tubes removed since I don’t want kids followed up with “what do you need the IUD for then.” Considering having your tubes removed doesn’t mean you don’t get your period anymore; the IUD helps prevent those 9 day periods that are hell. I was made to feel like an issue and a bother the whole intake. Most of this, while extremely rude, was not the breaking point. Ultimately, she berated me for my weight. Telling me that I “better not gain anymore weight” and that I need to “stop eating fast food” (which I don’t). That she knows plenty of people with thyroid problems and they aren’t overweight so I can’t blame my thyroid. I was shamed, talked at, and acted like me being a new patient was a bother. I never even got to see Dr. Linder. I left this office sobbing because of Teresa, I have never left a Dr.’s Office feeling this way. I will not be back, and my search for a new PCP will continue."

"My husband and i have had nothing but great results with Dr. linder and his staff. They can get somebody in in an instant whenever possible. Please keep in mind that if you have any medicare program then medicare only allows 12 to 15 minutes to spend with each patient. Thats all medicare will pay for. We have gone to this dr. For years and have always had good results. Its a small office and we believe the crew does a wonderful job in taking care of their patients.if you cant wait for Dr. linder they can schedule you to see his nurse practitioner,theresa. She can do anything he does while you are there and is really great also.."

"It is a small office that treats you like a person, not a number. That is very important to me as I am older and some of these updated doctors offices just don't understand the needs of the elderly. A staff person answers the phone so there is no waiting for the correct "option". I often times have had the nurse answer the phone ! I have been able to schedule same day appointments for urgent matters with the Doctor or his practitioner."

"Dr. Linder and his staff provide the entire office experience for their patients. They are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Linder is an excellent physician and I would highly recommend him to anyone search of a PCP."
