"I can not say enough about David and Ann Henney. My father passed in 2020 and my mom this year. They took care of both my parents. My parents did pre planning with the Henneys. This made things very easy for me and my siblings. My dad passed at home but my mother passed out of state. We really did not know what to do with the passing out of state. I made the call to Ann thinking this was not going to be an easy thing to handle, but let me tell you, she took care of everything!! She walked us through the process, called us and took care of not only my mom but us. No matter how many calls I made, Ann always took her time and responded promptly. I felt from the first meeting with these two, till 4 years later that we had been life time friends. Thats is how they treat you, like family."

"This funeral home did 2 burials for my family within months of each other and at BOTH funerals they asked for 'additional' charges DURING the viewings. There is a time and place for this and during the grieving process of saying goodbye to a loved one is NOT the time. On the day we went to bury our grandmother they said we needed to pay for the equipment to lower the casket. This should have been handled by them before and not the day of. During the next funeral they even went as far as to say "if you didn't have this other family member die we would have never realized we forgot to charge you for the casket of your other family member." Then proceeded to give an invoice for the amount they forgot to charge DURING the viewing! Absolutely disgusted with the way this family handles business."

"Dave and Ann were so kind and helpful with my Mom’s funeral. We live out of town and when we arrived in town on Wednesday all the details were completed and we had just a few documents to sign. It was a huge help that a few years ago we made pre-arrangements. I highly recommend doing this. Appreciated they were always available to answer questions and give guidance on insurance matters. The death of a loved one is never an easy time but Henney’s made it much easier."
