"They refuse to take my mail and deliver it. Im going to be evicted because of this. I cant go anywhere due to health issues. Mayber check all mailboxes on your routes. My item has been sitting to mailed out for a week now."
"Went here to get my passport the whole process took less then 20mins the lady that helped me didn't get her name was very friendly. Fast friendly service..done"
"We have always had our mail delivered wonderfully. Last weekend though, a package said it was delivered when it was not. After talking with our mailman, he was not successfully able to track it down as he was not the one who delivered it. He kindly gave me the contact info of his supervisor and everyone involved at the post office was IMMENSLEY kind and helpful. Within 5 hours they had found my package delivered a block down and got it to my mailbox by 5pm on a Friday, unopened and unharmed."
"Have had a great time with our post office. They are all polite and pleasant. We are near the end of the route so we get our mail fairly late in the day but that is understandable in every way. Have had several large packages delivered through them and had to pick them up but that is a minor inconvenience when you consider how much they have to do in the day. The 800 number is a central automated system, don't bother. Use the 724 number for them instead."
"I love my mailman, this has nothing to do with him..... he gets 5 stars.... BUT I just tried calling the post office itself and the automated system SUCKS. I received a notice that one of my packages needed a signature at delivery, I signed that paper and put it back in the mail box. I just wanted to call and find out if I needed to still come get my package or if it will be redelivered to my house. (I also have bronchitis so the voice recognition wasnโt understanding me whatsoever. There was no number options, only voice.) after calling 10 times trying to press 0 to talk to someone the wait time was 1 hour. I finally made something up just so I could get through to a real person. You need to modify this system or just get rid of it. Absolutely ridiculous"
