"I order a sub to get and started to eat and found a black hair in my sub but was already home. I called the store Joe had answered and apologized and asked what they could do for me so I asked for a refund and then they asked if I paid card or cash and that they weren’t sure how to do it they would have to contact the manager and ask how but yet didn’t ask for my name or my phone number so I said well let me atleast give you my name so you know what to look for and then I called back to the store cause I didn’t see any return and then no one answered the phone."

"Everything is OK, my main complaint is that it is consistently closed before 9:30 pm. I even called earlier to confirm they close at 930 then I arrive at 7:45pm and the gate is closed. Why have open and closing times if they are never adhered to?"

"Don't waste your time or money here! You'll only get a sub with stuff you don't want. My husband went to get us subs. He called me after and said they wouldn't put the cheese I wanted on it. I knew you could pick the cheese you wanted in the past, so I called and asked for the manager. Manager tells me if I had ordered a sub online and then picked up in store I could have had it how I wanted but since it was ordered in store, she was not allowed to put different cheese on. TELL ME HOW THAT MAKES ANY SENSE?!?! They should have just upcharged me for the pepper jack cheese and called it a day. Bad move Subway! Too many other sub shops to be so nitpicky about changing out cheese. Manager also would not give me any info about this Subways owner or her manager. If you really want Subway, go down the road to the one in the plaza with Dunhams sports. Not far at all and hopefully owned by different franchisee."
