Complete Dental Care

"Avoid this office.Very Poor customer service and billing practices.by office manager. This office was In my insurance network. I Waited 3 Mos. For appt. On June 17,2024 When I arrived on time she canceled me . No previous call or text. Did NOT review Dental plan with me ,I had to ask for statement , next she tried to charge me for a procedure I was not having done, as per the dentist She would not confirm with dentist She then proceded to argue with me. I did have deep cleaning done.. on July 17,2024 A big mistake.And as of today 08/09/24 I still need additional work. But after the rude treatment from the office manager about the charges .I walked out the day I was to have my tooth fixed...They have since closed the Homestead Pa. office. Maybe this office should be next? Also I would like to speak to the owner Dr.David Shoaf DDS. He is listed on the BBB website as principal owner, However I can't seem to locate him.. Please call me."

"First time I walked through the doors, it was inviting. Everyone is so nice. I hade my initial exam with Stephanie and she was also my hygienist. Very professional and explains everything to you. I highly recommend and Dr Natalie Monaco was amazing."

"I was a little disappointed , they called me and had to cancel my appointment; things happen and then i get a call back two weeks later saying they can’t get me in until September. I understand if it was my fault ok but i have never missed an appointment. I guess because i am retired. I don’t matter any more. To say I am disappointment I am. I have always been treated well and the staff have always been kind. I have to be chained to my phone and hope for a cancellation to get in before September."

"I would give them a zero rating. They canceled my appointment when I arrived and claimed they called me two days prior to cancel. I showed them my phone they day they claimed they called to cancel and there was no phone call or voice message. I took off work to attend the appointment and there only solution was to reschedule me for another day,which would require me to take more time off from work. I showed them the text message I received from them two days prior, reminding me of the appointment and saying they looked forward to seeing me on the date they canceled when I arrived for the appointment."
