"They never waited for me to be fully numbed they’d drill into my teeth and I would be in pain they did not care. Multiple times!!! I will never go back they caused unneeded anxiety while going to the dentist again. I’ve had there fillings fall out within a month there crowns not fit right…. They cost you too much money for the pain!"

"I would give zero stars if I could. I went to get a filling for my chipped tooth and was told like literally 6 or 7 times to brush my teeth twice a day. As they were shooting the numbing into my gum, they said something along the lines of “I know you hate this, so if you brushed your teeth twice day, you could avoid this.” My tooth chipped, that could happen for /many/ other reasons. That really hurt me, because I do genuinely try to remember to brush my teeth every day, and I try so many different things to remember, it’s just very hard for me. And having 3 people telling me at least 2 times each “brush your teeth twice a day” hurt a lot, especially when I was already anxious as hell. I then asked if they could check my wisdom teeth since they were coming in, and all they did was look at old x-rays and told me they were impacted (surrounded by bone, shouldn’t come in). When I told them I could see 2 of them coming in, they looked a little shocked and confused, then proceeded to say they were partially-impacted, without even checking them, so I still don’t have a clue if they’re coming in fine. I’ll never be coming here again."

"The experience I had today was top-notch. The staff was friendly, orderly, and exceptionally prompt. The office had current equipment that I had not seen from any previous dentist I’ve been to. But, what really stood out to me was the work- the care I received during my procedure was excellent! I was not in pain at any point. I was comfortable, and well attended to. I will certainly go back, and recommend this office to anyone!"

"I had such a great experience! I have always dreaded going to to dentist... until I started coming here. I needed some old cavities fixed and also a root canal and cap. I was terrified of getting a root canal. But to my surprise I didn't feel a thing!!! The shot of novicane didn't even hurt! The fillings I got look and feel great. The cap looks TERRIFIC!!! I have nothing but good and positive things to say about this office! The staff is AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. They are honest which makes me feel comfortable. This office also has state of the art equipment, which my previous dentist did not have, and unfortunately that's the reason I needed a root canal. I am so thankful for the genuine care I received at this office. They truly care about their patients!!!"

"The people there were nice and told me everything looked good, but when it was time for Dr. Verner to check on me, he suggested I get 2 unnecessary procedures done that would cost me over $600. Just to be safe, I went to my old dentist, and another to checkup on if I needed these procedures. After their initial review, I asked them about the suggested procedures, they said there is no reason to get them done, and it would only be a waste of time, pain and money. Seemed like a mechanic that would rip you off for the extra cash instead of doing the honest thing."
