"The transition from the Conway Agency to the Bianco Agency has been very clunky and unprofessional. First Conway Agency closed or was sold with no notice, phone disconnected, no email, nothing. Had to physically drive down to the office to find it in total chaos. Now Bianco Agency moves to a location an hour away from my residence, again with no notification. I would think as a long time Allstate policy holder, I would have received these few common courtesies."

"I have personally reached out to this agent for a review and have had no response. I know as a former Allstate Agent, that every time that your policy comes up for renewal they or one of the CSR's contacts you to a review of your policy. They will call and leave a message. If you do not respond to the call or an email when you get your renewal docs then that is on you as the customer. My former agent always contacted me semi annually for my auto policy and annually for my homeowner's. Maybe someone should know more about their agent before they post things about them. I know I will be asking for a transfer, because after she moved the office from Washington (which was conveniently located for me) I will not be driving to her location."
