"Ann called us to “verify information for a delivery” and right of the bat she was incredibly rude with a poor attitude. We were kinda confused why she was asking us sensitive information with such a horrible attitude, I explained to her I wasn’t sure if I could answer her questions and she starts rudely threatening to return our shipment and demanding my name. I told her I was just confused and wasn’t sure if I was allowed to tell her the information she’s asking for. I had no reason to believe she was working with delta cargo due to the aggressive nature of the call. She continued to have a horrible sarcastic attitude, she’s a miserable person and shouldn’t be allowed to converse with customers."

"I arrived at the airport cargo area at 11:15. After waiting close to five minutes, I was finally approached by an employee. This employee did not work for Delta but went to go get an employee from Delta for me. I was told that my animal would arrive in the cargo bay by 12:15 at the latest. I said no problem and went across the street to get something to eat. I arrived again at 12:22 only to be told after close to twenty minutes more of waiting that my animal had not arrived at the cargo area yet and would be there momentarily since they called to have it driven over. Twenty more minutes pass and my animal finally arrives. Rather than handing me my animal after all of my paperwork had been signed, the man handed another gentleman his package he had been waiting for when he had come in at least fifteen minutes after me. After finally making me feel extremely irate through this process, they finally handed me the carrier and I angrily left. After the merge of companies, this location has quickly gone downhill. It's sad too, because just about two months ago the service was excellent. I will do my best to avoid Delta's cargo service next time."
