"Total Score: 5.94 Bathroom: N/A Didn’t use the bathroom Customer Service: 4/5. Not really customer service cuz it’s like more of an eat n go kinda place. However lots of self service stuff and liked how there was water readily available. I also liked the beepy thing to call you when the food was ready Ambiance: 2/5 Very cramped and not too clean Food: 4/5 Very good food! It was the right amount of spice for what I chosen and I was able to pick everything I loved. Had wide variety. I wish I had gotten a bowl of rice though. Wow: -0.25/1. Normal restaurant. However, it’s a bit overpriced and crowded Total Score = (CS + 2*AM + 5*FOOD + WOW)/0.9"
"$23. Cost by weight. Always wanted to try this place since moving to Pittsburgh and finally got to try it today. I got medium spicy male tang and it was a good level of spice. Would recommend"
"Camille was our waitress and she was terrific. This was our first visit and she was patient, friendly and attentive. We chose HotPot. The ingredients were fresh, the variety was impressive and the set up was unique and fun. We will return soon to enjoy another delicious meal with all the variety you could want"
"Probably the most authentic mala tasting hotpot experience in Pittsburgh. You grab a bowl and choose all the toppings you want and pay by the pound. The portion can get pretty filling when grabbing all the things that look appealing, so pick well. Cost comes out about $22.50 per person. The space is average, food decently quickly prepared, and the taste solid."
"The food was very yummy. I like how I can choose as much or as little as I want in a bowl, and this place offers so many great and authentic options. It was my first time there, so I asked a few questions, and the lady was patient with me. When my mala hotpot was served, the bowl immediately caught my attention. It was designed around Chinese traditional theatrical elements, and I found it a cute way to learn about the culture. I will definitely visit this place again."
