"I broke down and needed a taxi TST told me they could be there in 30 minutes @9:51 pm. At 11:45 pm I got the pickup. I appreciated the pickup and tipped $40 despite the late service. The next day I scheduled a flight and set up a 4:30 AM pickup time. No one showed up. I missed my flight and it cost me $561.00. I appreciate the late hours you all work but you seriously have to get your scheduling down because it really complicated my life and cost me a lot of money. I do appreciate the late call (hence the two star). A pre scheduled taxi a day in advance should be a solid booking."
