"Came to the drive-thru a young woman answered me but it sounded like her headset wasn't working. Another woman jumped in and I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal. Came to $11 and change. Got my meal and left only to find there were only five chicken strips. Circled around back through the drive through to inform the young lady that I was missing a chicken strip and only had five. Instead of just giving me one in letting me go on my way she stated that she only charged me for a four-piece and demanded that I pay for the chicken strip that I wanted. Not that I mind paying, it's the principle of the matter. It's one chicken strip. You got your money, but you lost a customer. We're new to the area, so we'll be making sure we avoid Dairy Queen from now on."
