"Woman at front desk was highly unprofessional and made me upset. She kept rolling her eyes at us, and was getting aggressive at 8am, when the lobby was empty and they just opened. I felt signaled out as i never had a problem before coming to this location. Her name was Nikita, and it would be great if she learned customer service as shes working with people everyday. No need to be rude for no reason."

Doctor Betz was exceptionally patient and helpful in facilitating my follow-up, and sent me onward to the local hospital emergency room for further treatment. "I came to MedExpress on a summer Saturday morning, dreading the possibility of having to wait a long time and it being super expensive. Neither of those things happened--thank god! The staff was so kind and I was seen by a nurse within minutes and by the doctor 15 minutes later. From foot in the door to foot out, it was a 90 minute experience with my Rx immediately sent out and filled roughly 15 minutes later. I'm very grateful for the prompt and courteous medical attention I received and I recommend this place to others."

"I went in today for a sick appointment at 1pm. I arrived 15 minutes early And I was checked in, had my vitals and history taken, tests done, and back to a room before 1:00 p.m. everyone from the receptionist, The nurses, and the PA we're absolutely fabulous and extremely nice. I was surprised to see that there are so many negative reviews. I had a great experience. I was in and out within maybe a half hour."

"If you have a medical concern or need to have any type of treatment done, go literally anywhere else. Every time I am in this MedExpress, the ladies at the counter (minus one new employee) are SO incredibly rude. They are not personable, they don’t smile, they’re miserable. I even witnessed the existing employees being rude to the new woman who was clearly not given the proper tools to succeed. I went in for a work physical because I don’t have a general doctor in this area. They charged me $121 to have ME tell the first woman my height and weight, then “checked my vision”, and then the physical was literally having me poke the doctor’s finger and then my nose, and then rubbing my heel on my opposite leg’s calf. I understand work physicals are less intensive than a typical one but that was actually ridiculous. Not to mention, I had an appointment for 4 and didn’t end up being seen until probably 4:45. If I have an appointment, it should not have taken that long. There were two people in the waiting room when I got there. I cannot recommend this location any less. I will be avoiding this establishment until they hire workers who actually care about their jobs and the patients. I do not recommend going here if you want solid care and kind people."
