"It's too bad I can't leave them zero stars. I was in need and the man that screamed at me today through the phone just for asking "can you hear me". No thank you. I actually hung up in his face. What a joke. I work at a place that customers say "don't ever recommend this place" and now I see why. We actually stopped giving their number out to people because so many people had problems with rude drivers/dispatch and it was upsetting to hear so many people complain. What a shame. Edit: I am a trouble maker? That's super professional. I have called your place of business on behalf of other people to help them and everyone I have ever talked to here is incredibly rude. That's not my fault. You are in customer service. Might want to learn how to be more friendly....that's kind of the point. Who wants to talk to some grumpy miserable person? Not many people."

"Called to book. Connected to an elderly gentleman and never using a taxi service before I wasn't sure how to interact over the phone. Addressed my location and he got the numbers wrong, so I said the correct pickup location and the CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE told his coworker I was interrupting him. As he asked me my drop off location as I corrected the address. Terrible service."

"Had a very aggravating experience with a late cab and an extremely rude dispatcher on the telephone. A call to the manager later in the afternoon resolved the situation to my satisfaction. The man who answered the phone this morning has no clue how to deal with the public and is very bad for business."
