"If you can purchase a bus pass for a month. Why can you only schedule a week in advance? Weirton is not a major metropolitan area, unless half the busses I see at the city building are out of commission and half of the drivers are out of commission they shouldn't have any problem meeting the demands of a small community. Don't continue selling a bus pass to people unless you tell them most of the times are already booked. There is a point of diminishing returns if you oversell beyond the capacity you are able to service. In other words or to dumb it down for those that may not understand, quit accepting money from the citizens in and around Weirton WV, for service you are unable to provide. Some may view that as theft, robbery, stealing, or other negative connotations."

"Bus driver was all over the road and going extremely slow during my ride. Turns out he was texting and driving. Both hands on his phone, hunched over the steering wheel with his phone in his face. To busy to keep the passengers safe I guess."

"I planned a day in Weirton with my daughter based on their bus schedule which they post online. We waited for the scheduled bus. When it didn't come, I called the Weirton transit office and found that they canceled all buses to and from Steubenville LAST JULY but didn't take a moment in eight months to update their schedule. You lazy people ruined my daughter's whole day."

"See weirton transit buses drive right past my house 5 days a week i stopped in the city hall office and got told they dont service my location. I live off route 2 my address is Weirton and they drive right past my house every day. I'm on disability and know a neighbor In new Cumberland that gets the service this establishment provides. I was told because I'm outside city limits of Weirton. ? I tried explaining my social security disability insurance and they were not listening and I got denied service didn't get a reference. One lady did get up go to map and say we don't have any stops there where you live but I was pushed out door rudely while trying to explain seeing them drive past my house couple times a day I will try to call this time and maybe change this review but part of Customer service is the customer"
