Domino's Pizza 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue, Weirton, WV 26062

"Ordered for pickup and showed up beyond the late end of the 22-32 minute window I was given. Signed the slip, gave a tip, and was told it would be a couple minutes as they were running behind. No problem. I waited about 15 minutes, and the tracker said my order was finally complete. There were 3 people preparing food, at least one in the background doing something else, and multiple drivers in and out (two of which asked if I was waited on). By the time 20 minutes hit, I left. Several orders ago, I received one completely wrong pizza and one pizza that had toppings on it but no sauce, which resulted in bare, dry, burnt areas across the pizza. How the f you could ever bring yourself to box that and give it to a customer, I don't know. I never said anything about that order, but I feel I need to after this latest. Choke on the free food and the tips I left for both orders, Domino's. I'll never be back."

"I always order online and it will say my pizza is outta the oven and a half hour later, it still hasn't left the store. It will say my delivery driver is in my neighborhood and 25 minutes later she showed up. Then they have the audacity to overcharge. Good luck"

"Have waited now almost 3 hours for 2 medium pizzas, we called to try to ask what was going on only to be met with a snappy response. The delivery even says completed but that was 30 minutes ago. This keeps happening almost every time we order from this, and we live pretty close."

"Ordered at 5:45. Showed up at the 20 minute time we were told to and upon arrival was told it’ll be another 35 minutes. was there till almost 7 o clock waiting. All we ordered was one large pizza. I never write reviews and understand people have bad days but over an hour for one large pizza is insane."
