Having another person there to help you through each exercise has really boosted my confidence in the gym. The team also has great measurements and tests in place so you can easily see your progress. "Axio Fitness in warren is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. All of the trainers are nice, encouraging, motivational, thoughtful, & respectful as well. I am very pleased with their services and I am glad I picked them to jumpstart my fitness journey. I love that the training is one on one. I don’t have to worry about other people looking at me in the gym and feeling nervous! I have had to bring my children some days to my training sessions and it was never an issue. They were very kind to my children and even gave them modified workouts or let them color while i finished my session. They also have a nutritionist available to sit down and give you pointers as well. If I could give Axio a 100 star rating, I would. I could not be happier anywhere else. I am proud of the progress I have made so far. When I was feeling depressed they would reach out to me to make sure I was doing ok and let me know my feelings are valid.
