I am not sure if they are struggling financially and sold off our inventory but I would avoid this 3PL at all costs."

"First you may ask yourself why would one business give another business a negative online review. The answer is simple. Perishable Shipping Solutions promotes services to New, Start-Up, and Emerging Businesses. The inefficiencies could easily impact business performance. While the website looks impressive, the photos are not of PPS but stock photos. Many of the Clients Listed are not Clients or out of business. The flagship business used as a success story to entice us into engaging services had actually gone dark during our onboarding process. Inefficient Logistical Solution. Experienced errors in shipping, inventory, and billing. Management normally would not respond or wanted extra fees outside of the contract to perform to expectations. High employee turnover. No dedicated support person to address the needs of our business. We actually had to chase PSS for tracking numbers on shipments. PSS uses ShipStation which is an off the shelf software. Their plan did not include live support. Our team was burdened with the task of obtaining information from ShipStation to explain the functionality of the software and the marketplaces which it connected. Experienced high failure rates which included confirmed deliveries when order was never shipped, shipped the wrong product, shipped incorrect units, and missed delivery which then required overnight shipping impacting customer relationships and profitability. Our company is well experienced in logistics. After numerous attempts to work with management team on the failures building a niche business, management did not appear to have a plan in place withlittle to no regard in the expense incurred. The inefficiencies impacted Customer Relationships."
