"pretty sure no one can get fired. court did a change and lowered my support but they claim courts dont notify them? thats not what the judge said. Then they asked me to email but gave an email that did not work when I called back to talk with the same lady they refused to transfer me because they dont do that and when asking if they could correct the email said they could not give out emails...seems like theur G A F is on zero because they just punch time clocks without a worry in the world"

"I expect a certain level of professionalism and competence when dealing with matters as important as child support, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and courtesy displayed by this office. As a concerned parent, I rely on the services provided by your office to ensure the well-being of my child, and I trust that my concerns will be taken seriously. The manager accused me of not being there in person in September. Even after I provided picture of the parent and my daughter's birth certificate for her to then tell me I was never there in person. Basically no accountability for losing my application. I had to reapply online instead. I called the customer service number and the person helping me was so frustrated by simple questions and information I was providing. This is so unacceptable as single parents we already go through enough to be met with this type of service by a program that's supposed to be of help to us. I truly believe most of the staff at these agencies need to be fired or trained."
