"I recently planned a service for my father from out of state David & his wife were informational, punctual, kind, & sympathetic. It’s never an easy process but they made it so much easier I appreciate all they done for my family & I in tough times. Glad my father choose them for his service."
"I sent a floral arrangement last Wednesday April the 6th. It was misplaced and never made it to the parlor indicated on the card. I called that Friday and the woman I spoke to was unprofessional. She never bothered to check to see if it had been misplaced. Today which is Sunday I was informed that they were delivered to a Family member . The arrangement was of course wilted by then. I suggest your get your act together !! Very incompetent staff !"
"From my family to yours, thank you. Funerals are never pleasant for anyone, but things were handled beautifully from start to finish and we recommend them to everyone. They genuinely care."
"Most recently went to a funeral service and during the entire service was able to hear two people talking non-stop in the office. There's nothing quite like saying a prayer with the pastor and hearing people in the back room talk to each other. Very unprofessional, either put a door on that back room or perhaps try not to talk for 10 minutes while the services are going on."
"Very professional... Nobody enjoys going to funeral homes.. But they make it a little easier to deal with a lost one."
