"Only giving one star because it can obviously not give zero stars. Everything was fine to begin with. But towards the end they want to claim that I owe them way more than what is due. Avoid this place at all costs! There are other storage units in other places available do not go to these people! They are the equivalent of used car dealers or telemarketers. They will absolutely rob you!"

"I can't wait to have the storage unit cleared out. I lost count of the number of times that I had paid and was told that I didn't, and there was an extra lock put on the unit, and I had to send more money. Then, wait a week, 2 weeks, make phone call after phone call, for the lock to be removed. Horrible bookkeeping, and they are quick to be rude and throw a lock on it, but definitely never in a hurry to remove the lock after you pay."

"Made an appointment to meet the lady at 3pm to rent a unit and she never showed up. Attempted to call for the next hour and no answer. Had to take the uhaul back and unload it and return it."
