I do not take up a lot of time when I speak to doctors because I respect the fact that they are very busy. As another review noted, Dr. Chen also had no compassion in my case and displayed the worst bedside manner I have EVER experienced. I came to Dr. Chen after years of suffering with my chronic ear pain and issues hopeful that I could get some relief and answers. I left dejected and demoralized. He should not be working with human beings. Find another doctor. He is utterly awful."

"I am astonished at how painless, helpful and empathetic Dr. Chen is. Before he extracted my tooth, I mentioned I was going to a high school reunion the next day. He offered to pull my tooth when I returned. In addition, he said I could have extraction done at his clinic closer to my home (nearby clinic staff had said "no", so I had driven almost an hour to get to his other clinic). His skill is amazing. I had absolutely no pain after the procedure. I wish all physicians and dentists were as competent and caring as Dr. Chem. I would drive TWO hours to Dr. Chen in the future. He is THE BEST!!!!!"
