"My wife and I went for our wellness visits after looking at his overall reviews on the internet but end up disappointed. The doctor's assistant failed to capture even basic vitals such as height and weight accurately. The appointment went like a regular wellness visit except that while I had originally asked for a flu shot the doctor recommended that I can postpone it since we were past the season at that time. The doctor ordered some standard blood work and asked a set of standard questions asked during annuals. He added billing codes for diseases based on my responses. The doctor did absolutely no follow ups on the results and neither the nurses or the doctor were reachable via phone. When we called the office we would forwarded to voice mails after the front desk routing. Moreover, both of us were billed for a visit for an office visit establishing care (vs. wellness visit) even though my plan doesn't need a PCP for physicals. Would not recommend Dr. Itskowitz!"

More than any other doctor, he has helped me to do my part in attaining better health. He explains the benefit of living better and the dangers of not living better. The difference between the two is stark. Also, his office has always been responsive. I wholeheartedly recommend his practice."

"If you want a doctor's office where you cannot get through to your doctor when you need her, this is the place. My first experience trying to contact my primary care physician to get help with a medical issue has been disastrous. I have not been able to talk to a live person after one and a half days and three calls. Very disappointing considering all of my interactions with AHN previously have exceeded my expectations."
