"Terrible! I called the practice because I was having mastitis. He happened to be on call. He was clearly outside while we were talking because I could hear a woman laughing in the background and other people talking. He told me that I needed to call my OB or my son's PEDIATRICIAN. ??? So I impressed upon him that I didn't think he was understanding what I was saying and explained my symptoms again (redness, green discharge, pain) and asked for some kind of antibiotic. He repeated himself. And when I said that I was calling my PCP at the advice of my sister WHO IS A DOCTOR, he asked what she practiced. And I told him it didn't matter and hung up. BTW, she is in FAMILY PRACTICE. He was rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn't want to do any work on a Saturday afternoon."
