"I just went to the one in Terminal A at the airport by Gates 7-9 and the elderly man in there was so rude!!! My bank card wasn't working for some reason and he was acting as if I didn't have money. I used my other card and it was okay. I asked for a bag for the items I purchased and he just handed the bag to me, but didn't put my items in there. Wow....so much for customer service. I should have returned everything. It's really sad how racist people are even in the service industry. I will be sending an email to their corporate office. Don't get a job in customer service if you don't have the attitude and diverse thought process to serve everyone with respect!!!"
"Edit- 3 stars since they keep reporting my review. Showed up at 430AM as my daughter wanted to search for 2 books. Worthless employee showed up at 0455 for an open at 0500. Kept cage down while counting the drawer. Stood outside the store and looked inside. Worthless employee stated she needed 10 minutes with endless attitude. I said sign opened at 0500, worthless employee asked what sign, I said your website. Good lesson for my daughter that when you work a job, you should be on time and willing to earn a living. This employee did not. We walked away!"
