"This project was a struggle from start to finish- 6 months in total. Damon said he should not have taken on stairs, and I agree. He was rarely here when he said he would be, left my home unlocked when I asked him to lock up and his subcontractors left the house a mess (not even broom swept) overnight and the finished result is sloppy in the details. He asked if I could just touch it up so he could be done and I agreed so the project would be over. My refinished stairs look good from far away, but the detail is sloppy and the process wasn't worth it. I'm still finding stain splatters."
