"Got the email my online order was ready ans I decided to go in to pick it up. They send you on a hunt to the back of the store for the pick up desk. When I got there I had to wait for them to go get it. I asked to use the restroom and was told I could go to Aldi's next door. The whole vibe of the store was miserable and uncomfortable. There was maybe 3-4 customers in the store and I saw at least 4 employees. I wouldn't go back unless I was really desperate."

"I purchased a quart of Benjamin Moore paint at your store last year. I wanted it shaken so that I could use it today. The lady (short, never smiles) working at 1:30 Friday January 19th would not oblige me. I’ve had opened paint shaken at your store in the past. She says she can’t shake opened paint. The quart was tinted, therefore it was opened at one time , the tint added and then shaken when I bought it. Makes no sense why it couldn’t be shaken again. The quart was sealed very well when I asked her to shake it, but she refused. I took the paint to Sherwin Williams down the street and they graciously took care of it for me. I will never buy paint at Wexford Ace again. The same lady denied me an emergency use of your bathroom a few years ago. I’m on a diuretic and when I gotta go, I gotta go. I was in pain and barely made it to the GetGo down the street. I won’t go in the store if I see her working. I miss Sam."

"The employees are very nice and helpful, they sometimes have real long lines but it depends on the time of the day and how many cashiers they have. It's big enough to have a large selection of stuff but small enough that it's easy to find your way around."
