We started with a bedroom,walk-in closet, and laundry room remodel, which included electrical,plumbing,drywall,moulding,hanging doors,new windows, and painting.After they finished that we decided to do a complete bathroom remodel,with a complete down to the studs demo, with new plumbing,electrical,moisture resistant drywall,tub,vanity,pocket door,lights,vent fan,hanging doors,moulding and painting.Mr Locy went so far as to put a temporary shower in our basement! Thankfully there was already a lone commode in the basement also.After that job was done we decided to have a complete kitchen renovation done which also was a complete down to the studs demo,electrical,plumbing,drywall,hanging cabinets,there was also a demo of a no longer needed chimney which gave us extra square footage our house needed to expand the kitchen footprint and give my wife her dream kitchen!! Mr Locy and his associate where very professional and worked with us even when we changed things. Having our lives so disrupted with all the construction going on was sometimes overwhelming,however, Mr Locy and his associate made sure that at the end of the day things where cleaned up.Mr Locy and his associate where here everyday, Monday - Friday and sometimes Saturday for almost 4 months. My wife and I would highly recommend Mr Locy!!!"
