"Went here a few years. Nice frames and staff, but always above average prices and curious charges. In 2023, Medicare insurance was billed $100 for contacts, using my remaining benefit available. I did not receive contacts. I didn't order contacts and I don't wear contacts. I filed the appropriate grievance with UPMC. This year, I went back just to fit lenses into eyeglass frames and was denied service. I referred insurance company to the clapback and found a more trustworthy optician. Not surprisingly, the glasses were less costly and much better quality.... WITH a detailed invoice. Churchill Vision did not conduct proper business in an ethical fashion. Sometimes eye-care professionals are amazingly short-sighted."
