"The staff is truly impressive. They met all needs of my family member. So many horror stories of putting on a call light and having to wait a long time, NOT HERE! Staff was great at always popping in to see if anything was needed. Housekeeping not only kept everything very clean but also would go above and beyond! The housekeeper would get my mom drinks, batteries for a remote… To see staff that does more than is required is a blessing. The staff at Sunnyview cares about the patients and seems like it’s more than just a job. I’d recommend them over any other local rehab facility. Due to being there all the time, I got to know a lot of the long term patients and families. Both were happy with their choice of Sunnyview. To be able to leave and not worry if they are ok means the world!!"

"A family member of mine was just discharged from there. I cannot say enough good things! The staff and my mom were hugging on the day of discharge. She was there nearly two months so they became her people! It’s scary to trust your family to be safe in the hands of strangers. By the end of her stay, they were her friends as well. The therapy department did an amazing job!!! She saw different providers and all were equally knowledgeable, kind and kept her motivated. I’m so happy to report that she is now home and able to do so much more because of their hard work with her! If you have to use a skilled nursing facility, feel safe in choosing this one."

"NOTICE THEY ONLY REPLY TO THE GOOD COMMENTS. THAT CAN TELL YOU ALOT ABOUT A PLACE. As for the care they provide I can’t speak on but as an agency CNA do not go there ! They are on your back 24/7 and don’t let you get a chance to do your work on your own. I have never been questioned as much as I have over here. They have no reason to question either it’s like they pick because they have nothing better to do. I would love to speak with management because something needs to be done about the micromanaging from people with your SAME job title. I’ve been in this field I know how to do my job."

"My mother was at Sunnyview for Rehab, she had a very positive experience overall. All of the staff on the floor and in Rehab were wonderful to her. She felt she received a good workout each day she had therapy. She participated in the daily activities offered, which she enjoyed. I myself observed everyone being very friendly and helpful when I stopped to visit."

"My uncle was admitted to the Alzheimer's sunflower unit. The staff is amazing,they are so compassionate and caring with the residents. They all have made my uncles transition pleasant and easy for him. The activities aides are friendly and sociaizes alot with him. He has enjoyed the variety of foods that he receives. He enjoys talking with the housekeepers,as they do a good job cleaning his room. He enjoyed going to therapy,likes the friendly staff also. He enjoys seeing all the different nurses,from different shifts. He doesn't always remember staffs names. But his face lights up when he recognizes their faces. That tells me he is happy,comfortable and content. Thank you sunnyview for the wonderful care!!"
