"I have a regular dentist in town and they couldn't see me for a dental emergency. I called Aspen and they said come on in, saw me as a walk in and dealt with my issue, an extraction. It took Dr. Strickland less than a minute to pull the tooth. I'm glad they were able to help me when my own dentist couldn't."

"Make sure you ask for itemized bills of exactly what they are charging you because I asked point blank to pay for a cleaning and they snuck a $140 toothbrush on my bill and had me PAY FOR IT prior to my actual cleaning. I only found out that I had paid for this because when hygienist presented it to me along with $50 worth of toothpaste and mouth wash, I stated that I already had a similar toothbrush (mine only being $40 and the exact same) and she said “well you will just have a credit on your account.” At no point was I asked if i wanted this outrageously expensive toothbrush or pay for the treatment plan they had in mind. When I asked the front desk why she had me pay for this stuff i didn’t ask for, she said it was standard protocol. Adding items to people bill without their knowledge and having them unknowing pay for it is standard procedure for this facility. I will not be going back here to have the dental work done that i need nor will i let anyone that i know go here without knowing how shady they are."
