"Landlord is a slum landlord.Dont rent from him."
"This place has basically been one big hustle for years. Lady who owned it would enter into rent-to-own contracts with people who would then pay for several months or years before she would find a reason to evict them and keep the trailer despite many payments having been made. Her son now runs the place, and while he is less active in pushing residents out, he manages to steal owned trailers from the deceased by enforcing made up rules on the children of the deceased and refusing to return the phone calls of interested buyers, citing the made up rules requiring the investment of thousands of dollars in work before he will approve the sale. Once he manages to regain legal ownership of the trailer from the court months later, he then sells to new owners without making the changes he claimed were now required. This landlord is the worst kind of person, as he has managed to find a legal way of stealing fully paid homes from grieving heirs."
"Terrible place to live. I lived there for 3 years and the landlord never once fixed anything that broke. I was without water for over a week and I was still charged the same amount of "sewage" fee for that month. There is a lot more bad about this trailer park, but I won't get into that. Edit: I never heard back to him after my claim of what happened to my trailer and all of the stuff I lost. If anyone ever moves in here or live here I suggest you be very careful and make sure you get your roof checked before every winter so that it doesn't collapse on you and you don't have huge medical bills or loose hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of property because of this Slum Lord. And if anything happens make sure you go to the police so you have a record and take him to the renters association. He blocked me so I could no longer get ahold of him so he didn't have to pay me back. I would hate to have to hear that it happens to someone else!"
"The neighborhood was great but the landlord is a joke. If something happens to the trailer then don't expect it to be fixed until months later. It is insanely overpriced for what you are getting. I wish I read the reviews before moving. He is really nice when you first move in but don't expect to see or hear from him after that. He ignores almost all calls but is quick to take your money. Take my advice and stay way from this place."
"Move in was fine, but after that it all went down hill. If you report a problem to the Landlord he gets irritated, and takes forever to fix it - or he fixes it to were its OK for now but will break again. He puts blame on renters, making it seem like its your fault the problem existed. Had to switch trailers due to mold problems (my child was getting sick), we could literally see the mold & wall was crumbling. For this problem he took $10 off the rent due to the mold, but made us pay more of a security deposit a long with a new lease (dumb on our part we shouldn't have) when we switched to a different trailer. There was a soft spot in kitchen floor, told him about it, but never did anything until my foot fell thru the floor (bruised/swelling). He again, showed no remorse and acted like it wasn't his fault. Everything is poorly fixed around here for example: our porch steps; the top step is not leveled with the others and during this time my kids have fell down the steps 4+ times. His "maintenance crew" are very unprofessional. Our furnace stopped working in the dead of winter last year, and it took him 3 days to come fix it. Our furnace stopped working again in November and it took him all day to fix it with an irritated attitude because I told him I wouldn't sleep here with my children if it wouldn't come back on. All in all, he's probably an ok guy, but as a landlord? Nothing but problems. If he changed his attitude when trailer problems arise, actually felt sorry about it, and hire professionals to work on these trailers, I think this place would receive more stars. As for now, he gets a 1 -- He's blessed to even get that. Please look elsewhere."
