"On 07/18/2022 at 1:15 pm I came in to the shop trying to get a service done for my car. By the entrance of the OFFICE a white car was parked so I parked In front of that white car. So that put me in front of the entrance of the mechanic shop. I entered the office. A blond young lady was sitting on the computer. While on the computer without even looking up at me and without acknowledging me she asked what she can do for me. I said I wanted my car to get checked out. It’s making a beeping noise. With a nasty attitude she said I have to move my car because I am blocking the pumps. Please note I am by the entrance of the mechanic’s shop Far away from the pumps. As a matter of fact a white car was blocking the pumps and blocking the office entrance. She did not say anything to that man. When the guy with a white car left he backed up because I was parked In Front of him. She started yelling that I am blocking the path that’s why her client is going around my car. I am the regular client of this place. I always bought my gas and I did my oil change from this location. Maybe she was having a difficult day but why would she lash out on me? Her attitude is unacceptable. Customer service the her job if she can’t do that perhaps that’s not the ideal job for her. I will never come here again. There is a gas station 1/4 mile away from them. There is another mechanic down the street. I can take my business somewhere else RUDE! DEGRADING! UNACCEPTABLE! . I will never come to this place AGAIN!"
