"So Gary and Karen had a 2008 Ford focus sedan that we wanted to possibly purchase and when we code scanned it. None of the emissions monitors were set and had multiple pending codes for expensive repairs. On top of no air conditioning functioning in that car plus blown motor mounts and bad brakes. Plus the underneath was very rusty and probably wouldn't last a year. I wouldn't recommend buying a car from here because of the attitude and rusty cars."

"They Put head gasket sealer in the engine and sold me and my wife a mini van and not even 300 miles later it started to give problems and the snake looking woman at the dest said she can't do anything about since we didn't have a warranty, they are the worst and can't be trusted... now I have a car with a blown head gasket and they refuse to take it back"

"Absolutely the worst place to purchase a vehicle! Do not waste your time at this dealership! We had bought a vehicle for my son and have had problems ever since with absolutely no help from them at all. Karen was an absolute pill to deal with and would not even listen to my problems we were having with the vehicle! She had no problems taking our money but turned up her nose when i walked back in to explain the issue! Would never recommend anyone to but a vehicle from them!"

"Car was set for inspection about 3-4 months after purchase. Costed a minimum of 1600 just to pass, not including all of the other things that I will have to fix in the future. Literally on the drive home the radio that was tested stopped working. Noticed the horn didn’t work a short while after purchase. Don’t waste your time."

"I waited a month of driving the vehicle my husband and I bought from Cornerstone Auto before giving my review. On October 11 we purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX with 111,000 miles on it for $11,000. At the test drive we realized it needed brakes and rotors and that the moon roof didn't close without manual assistance. Since Cornerstone doesn't finance and it was a holiday, we had to go to our bank for a personal loan and came back two days later (we live two hours away). During that time the issues were repaired by Cornerstone, happily. We test drove it again before signing the papers. Since purchasing, I have driven my usual daily around town and biweekly 60 miles drive for groceries. A 300 mile trip and a 100 mile trip. The entire experience has been nothing but pleasant for us. The owners were kind, helpful and fair. The vehicle is one of the best I've owned. After seeing the negative reviews here I wanted to share our experience. Also, my husband and I are both Black Americans. I felt this detail important because of the negative reviews I had seen posted here. I would definitely (and have) recommend shopping here for a used vehicle."
