"Dr. Gardner is a true class act, very kind and attentive. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a neurosurgeon. Best of the best!!!!"
"I came into the emergency room in an ambulance, with an extreme headache. He diagnosed it as a pituitary adenoma ( tumor on the pituitary gland that died and was bleeding, which was causing the severe headache). He removed that night. Im currently recovering from the surgery a week later. Thank you Dr Gardner"
"Brilliant Doctor he didn’t kill me off that’s always a benefit when messing with the brain, but I didn’t always agree with him and his reasoning of why things happened or his prescriptions for my well being because being an overweight individual that is always the cause of why anything happens and in my case this was not true. But like I said he knows his stuff textbook wise and that is what is needed when dealing with the complexity of the brain. Thank you Dr Gardner"
"Doctor Gardner is an amazing surgeon. He saved my sons life with his care and expertise. This man is a world class leader in Neurosurgery and we are grateful for his skill. Incredible person. He is extremely busy - people need to understand that while your waiting and he's delayed to your office time, he's probably saving someone's life - be respectful."
"Dr. Gardner successfully removed my dad's (age 71) brain tumor. The initial MRI report said malignant unless proven otherwise, so our family was terrified. Dr. Gardner was confident at Dad's first consultation that the tumor was in fact benign, and he was optimistic and reassuring. Happily, he was right. The nine hour surgery was successful, and though the first days following were grueling (which Dr. Gardner prepared us for), my dad has gotten stronger every day, and Dr. Gardner said he expects a normal life for him. We will be eternally grateful for Dr. Gardner, who saved my dad's life. Thank God for brilliant surgeons like him who've dedicated their lives to healing the sick. Pittsburgh is lucky to have him. Highly recommend."
