Inspired by the timeless wisdom of Hippocrates, "Make a habit of two things: to help, or at least to do no harm," our studio offers a range of holistic services designed to promote optimal health and wellbeing. Our offerings include Traditional Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Holistic Reflexology, Drumming, and Restorative Yoga. Each service is thoughtfully curated to address the unique needs of our clients, fostering a nurturing and healing environment.

Stacey Hillman brings a wealth of experience and compassion to Serenity Studio. With a professional background as a Registered Nurse since 1995, Stacey has worked across diverse healthcare settings, including medical/surgical, adult behavioral health, wellness coaching, skilled/rehabilitative care, and public school nursing. Her gentle and nurturing nature has made a positive impact on individuals of all ages, from the young to the elderly.

Stacey's journey into complementary wellness practices began in 2010 when she started studying and practicing Reiki and meditation. The immediate and profound benefits she experienced—such as improved sleep, increased energy levels, reduced stress, and fewer ailments—motivated her to share these practices with others. Over the years, she has expanded her skill set to include Reflexology, hand drum facilitation, and restorative yoga.

At Serenity Studio, we believe in the power of gentle, consistent practice to bring about meaningful change. Stacey's dedication to holistic health is also reflected in her community involvement, from volunteering in church outreaches and recycling programs to participating in private and hospice Reiki programs and her children's school parent/teacher organization.
