"Delivery was a mess - Order placed for sills was never received and instead regular stone was sent and when questioned they stopped answering the phone. Loss of over $1000. Moreover there were no ridges in the back (as is needed to hold to the wall) for a lot of the stone causing the installer to charge more to install!! Overall I would rate them 0 if I could for their fraudulence."

"Paid $749.06 for Stone Veneer in 8/2017, it is now 3/2018. After numerous calls with seemingly legitimate explanations for the delay, the phone number when called says no longer in service. Can’t find a way to contact anyone to receive refund. Nothing but theft pure and simple. Do not attempt to order from this company online or via phone should they ever reattempt business that way."

"Bought two sets of logs from John. $2500 said it would be about a week to get them in and install the following week. that was 2 months ago. They took my money and moved and disconnected the phone. do not do business with the company or any spin offs. the owners name is below. He took my money and never gave products."

"First off, color is nothing like picture on website, so be wary if you are picky. It worked out ok for us but I would have much rather seen it before I bought. Biggest complaint is the sills they sold me. I explained to them my application: stone up 3 feet, then a sill, then siding on top. They sold me WINDOW sills for this application and I ended up buying water sills/ledges from a local company because these window sills would have looked ridulous. They weren't finished on the top side and were not meant for this purpose. But they told me I'd have to pay for my own shipping back AND a 30% restocking fee. They were absolutely unwilling to work with me on this. Never again. Buy local folks."

"Delivery was slow, but they seemed to have fairly reasonable excuses. Product eventually delivered but there were many broken pieces. We had ordered excess stone, so that was not serious, but in excess of 25% of the sill was broken on arrival. Repeated phone calls and emails were mostly ignored. We ended up using the broken sills to get the job done. They did not provide replacement and have not responded to my request for refund. The price of the product was good, and the quality of the product was good, but I do not recommend this company because of the poor customer service."
