"Lady and I came up to visit a old military friend and was looking for a place to keep our routine up. Call the owner. Within 30 minutes he was up there and got us signed up for a week. Everyone in the gym was great. The price we paid was awesome for the quality of equipment they had. Great place for beginners to top level professional to lift. Will do it again next time we are around."
