"My first time coming to this lovely place. I had no idea a Tea shop opened up near me until I looked on Google maps! This place has a great variety of teas and other beverages. I opted for the Mango Tea which was divine. I will for be coming back here again."
"I am an ex-employee here. I had a worst experience working here at gongcha. Worst place to work. I gave my 100% but these people don’t deserve me. I left my old job for these people and now they only call me when it’s busy. I lost all my hours. I’m jobless right now. I shouldn’t have left my old job (bubble bee). Such a kind people at bubble bee. Now I miss them. I never expected this will happen to me. They always lie to employees. I don’t suggest this place who are planning to work here. Such a cheap people."
"Glad to see this Asian boba brand new open in Pittsburgh. The place was clean with pretty wallpapers. Milk tea tasted authentic with decent toppings, such as jelly and puddings. The service was friendly but could be a little slow."
"went today for the FFXIV event and everything was amazing! we got the brown sugar milk tea , matcha latte , and mango milk slush and they were all very good. the promotion is to buy 3 drinks to get the game reward so lots of people were coming in after work with large orders but staff did a great job keeping up with the crowd and got drinks and food out as fast as possible! this is a pretty new location and a could be pretty busy during peak times until the promotion is over at the end of august so please be patient if wait times are longer than usual :)"
"A pretty good international boba brand that recently opened up a spot in the South Side. I was quite excited to try this spot out, as I’ve heard lots about it. I know it is one of the biggest boba brands globally. I decided to try out their strawberry milk tea and chocolate chunk cookie. The milk tea was actually quite good. They had real, small pieces of strawberry mixed in at the bottom. The drink itself was smooth and sweet. 100% sweetness was probably too sweet for me. Good portion size, although a little expensive, but still not bad. I’d definitely get more tea from them. The chocolate chip cookie was, however, very disappointing. Not much chocolate at all, and it was very dry. Don’t recommend. All in all, a solid boba store. I liked the boba itself, but the other items, like the cookies, are probably not the best, from my experience."
