"My mother in law was there recently for rehab. She was pleased with the staff and especially the nutritionist who spent two hours with her to figure out for her to eat. she has very few teeth to chew. They pureed the food so she could eat it. The bells did ring for a length of time while I was visiting. All of the places are short staffed unfortunately and so are the hospitals. The thing I was disappointed in was the dining room is no longer there for the patients to gather to eat and communication. It was there several years ago when my dad was there and helped keep patients communicating and enjoy conversation."

"Never can get a straight answer from this facility! No one ever seems to know anything, even when they “talked to the Director of Nursing” the information relayed is NOT accurate. The nurses do not introduce themselves, call bells are turned off and never followed up on, food is god awful, and the room was NEVER cleaned or bed linens changed. I (family) had to collect dirty dishes, gather wet bath linens, and set trash in the hall before anyone took care of it. Their excuse for everything is being short staffed. My grandmother had a fall and almost a week later NO ONE CAN CONFIRM A FALL REPORT WAS EVER FILED!!! Forget about requesting records, I’ve been told so many conflicting answers, I don’t think I’ll ever get them. My family member is cognitive, but beware if your family member is not!! * The ONLY redeeming qualities of this facility were the support staff - receptionists (Michele and Sarah), the unit coordinator (Sylvia), and the second floor aide (Q) deserve wonderful praise for all they put up with. *"
