"Allegheny County Health Department. They were pleasant, polite, and helpful. Need vaccines? For travel or for catching up on some you may have missed? Many doctors don't do vaccines anymore, other than flu shots or pneumonia vaccine. Some pharmacies do some vaccines but check with your insurance. Was told insurance would not pay if done at pharmacy, they wanted it done at psp. Understandable except when pcp doesn’t do vaccines. Something to remember- entrance is in the alley also called Cherry Way. Personally I would be uncomfortable getting to the ally door after dark. Limited lights, brick road is uneven, sidewalk almost as uneven as street. If you have trouble with confined spaces, you may have difficulty with Cherry Way."
"We go to the dentist office in this building. The building is beautifully refurbished."
"If you're not familiar with First Ave you'll get lost. Completely forgot that it splits. But it's a nice old building with a historic charm. No parking. I walked."
"It's a charming little building in downtown Pittsburgh. You enter through a small alley to get into the main building for the immunization clinic. The elevator is older and slow, but serviceable. It stopped on floors with no one there. Quirky. The immunization clinic has a few chairs, but was somewhat crowded when I arrived for a morning appointment. I recommend an appointment (there was definitely a wait), but once you're seen for immunizations, the process is fairly quick."
"This is the location of the travel clinic. Here you can get immunized for yellow fever and other hard to get vaccines and discuss other travel needs. It is hard to find, you go down an alley on cherry and into a door, to your left down to an elevator, and take it up to the 4th floor. You take a number and then they see you. The hours are Monday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Tuesday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Wednesday: 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm Thursday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Friday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm"
