"My mother is currently a patient (May 2024) and has been there for several months. My family and I all agree that it is an excellent place for physical/occupational therapy or for long term living. The food has recently changed and improved by leaps and bounds. The staff are all very polite and professional. Upon entering Kaylee is at the front desk and always greets you with a smile and kind word. The nurses, aids, administration, porters, maintenence basically everyone is very nice and respectful. The facility isn't huge which is good in my opinon because the staff Gets to know the patients and their family and interact with them on their own level. I would definitely recommend to anyone."

"I recently moved from my mother from another facility to NHHR Center as a LTC resident and boy what a wonderful experience. The communication with the nursing staff is excellent. I feel like the whole staff genuinely care about my mom and are warm, respectful and kind. No laundry has even been lost. My mom has enjoyed the meals too. They have been extremely flexible with us as I live 500 miles away for which I am so grateful. I feel like it is a family atmosphere. The director Carolyn is sensational and very easy to communicate with her directly. Top notch facility!!"
